Cloud computing

Over the last few years, IT lawyers have seen a significant increase in the number and range of cloud contracts coming across their desks. This white paper looks at these developments and aims to serve as a guide and checklist of key points and issues that cloud customers and cloud service providers (CSPs) will need to consider in contracting for cloud services.
